Carol Nursery School: provides a nationally accredited traditional half-day preschool for children 2 ½ to 5 years of age, designed to meet children’s developmental needs. Contact Barbara Palumbo, Director, at 991-3449 for more information.
Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities: provides tuition free early intervention services to families and their children, ages birth-3 three years of age, with or at risk for developmental delays. Parent/child programs as well as toddler classes are offered.
Early Childhood Enrichment Center: provides a quality child care experience that encourages skill development and enhances the child’s feelings of being capable and secure. Shaker Heights Pre-kindergarten Intervention Program: This program is operated by the Shaker Heights City School District for 3-5 year olds, through 4 half days/week morning and afternoon sessions. Please contact Sam Sexton, Director of Special Education, at 295-4314 for more information.
